It was very clean and net all was on point and especially the staff at the reception very helpful friendly and professional

No halal food options at all as a 5 star global amenity most comparators in hanoi itself cater to muslim dietary needs would want to book in this hotel again but limitation for breakfast menu with no halal options make it my last choice to book

I didn't like paying a deposit for the room at a hotel of this caliber for incidentals and then being asked to take a seat at checkout for 5 minutes while they checked the room. Tacky.

The location was great. I like the heated swimming pool and the kids pool

The room was too small. The bed was small and more importantly very comfortable. We asked the staff for a bigger room but they offered us one too late. It is very hard for family with small children to be packing and unpacking between rooms.

The staff is incredible--so kind, helpful, doing lots of extra things (like helping me to cross the busy street). I had a fantastic stay. This is truly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

This is a very small suggestion: the gym needs fitness and resistance bands (of all different sizes), more and bigger stretching mats.

This is a new hotel with elegantly designed and comfortable rooms, with great customer service, exceptional breakfast, attached to a luxurious mall and less than 30 minutes away drive from main attractions and the airport.

New and room is clean. Beds were comfortable ..Connected to Lotte Mall which is great for choices of food. Pollution is bad in Hanoi so one can just walk to Mall to have your meals.

Found the room rather small. Wardrobe did not have enough hangers for our clothes.

The hotel is super clean and comfortable. The view to the lake is spectacular. The staff is friendly. The location adjacent to the shopping mall is a huge plus.

The hotel is quite far from downtown but closer to the airport.

Staff is very welcoming upon arrival and throughout our stay. Our rooms were spacious, clean and very cozy. The hotel and the rooms are exactly as the pictures on the website here and others! The location was excellent. The spa was able to fit us in it last minute. We stayed December the week after Christmas. Loved the lighting being able to dim and the bathroom showers and bathroom area was very elegant. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash products and cents!!

No food was available in the hotel until 8am when the restaurant opened. So no coffee either. That was disappointing when you woke up at 6am.

The hotel was exceptional. Immaculately clean, great facilities and wonderful staff.

Room service was excellent. Friendly staff. Check-in and check out was easy.

The service for shirt and pants pressing was disappointing. There were still crease lines when it was returned and they were not return on time as promised. To improve on this. The Mall below was decent but could be better with more branded selections. The communication barrier was still an issue.

The duvet are a little too thick and make it difficult to control the air con.

Breakfast selection is more of korean style and doesnt change at all. Staff was not able to assist with food allergy questions about the selection. Mostly not attentive. It was difficult to get them to serve coffee tea during peak hours.

Amazing rooftop pool, a great bar and restaurant and overall exceptional staff. The rooms are modern and very comfortable

It wasn’t a problem for us, but the hotel is not located near the old city.
